Study depression

Have you ever taken a pre-test, studied for hours, taken a post-test, and then found that you've done worse on the post-test than the pre-test? It's as if it would have been better not to have studied at all...

If you can't tell, this is what happened tonight. 10 days to go...

Ouch! Any idea why? What areas do you feel least confident in?

But know that you are doing everything right. The work you are doing now will surely pay off. Hang in there! The time will pass, and you will accomplish your goals.

The more you study, the more you know.

The more you know, the more you forget.

The more you forget, the less you know.

Therefore, the more you study, the less you know. Act on that logic as you see fit.

I'm currently going through the exact same problem... This is the very reason why I don't like exams.....

Yeah, this is sad, but I don't recommend my biology test taking strategy. Not for a test that will have such a big impact on our future.

yikes. hope the tests get better. I heard a Radiolab episode (which you probably heard too) about sleep that said when you sleep, everything in your head gets muted, and the topics you spent the most time on are left as the strongest remainders.
maybe you should take naps more often. Maybe you should conduct an experiment and sleep anytime you would usually study and check to see if there is any improvement.
I definitely think it would be a wise use of your time.
