What's next in this sequence: o t t f f s _ _ _?

I really like the game Mindtrap, but Katie doesn't. I don't know how anyone COULDN'T like that game! In honor of Mindtrap, I bring you a couple of fun riddles. To see the answer, just highlight the area between the parentheses.

1) I am heavy forwards, but backwards I am not. What am I? ( ton )

2) The more I dry, the wetter I get. What am I? ( towel )

3) Add punctuation to this sentence so that it makes sense: "That that is is that that is not is not is not that it it is." ( "That that is, is; that that is not, is not. Is not that it? It is." )

4) What do you keep when you give it to someone else? ( your word )

5) I do not breathe, but I run and jump.
I do not eat, but I swim and stretch.
I do not drink, but I sleep and stand.
I do not think, but I grow and play.
I do not see, but you see me every day. ( your leg )

6) Which number is missing? 3 ? 4 1 5 9 2 6 5 3 5
( 1. This is the sequence of pi. Don't forget about pi day this Sunday! )

7) And finally, how many times can you subtract 5 from 25? ( Once. After that, it's not 25 anymore. )

How did you do? Solve the riddle in the title and you'll win all the money.

Credits: I got the white-out idea from Bridget's blog. I got some of the riddles from this, this, and this website. Some of them I just heard before but I don't remember from whom.)

0. Let me answer your question with another question: What's next in this sequence? r i d d _ _ _
1. Time ...in really boring classes.
2. Our air conditioner
3. That that is is. That that is not is not. Is not that it? It is.
4. Secrets.
5. A car RUNS and has to be JUMP started, SWIMS through traffic, STRETCHES the limits when it goes faster than I think it will or farther than I think it will on the amount of gas it has left in it, SLEEPS and STANDS in the driveway, GROWS to fit more people or stuff than we usually put in it, and PLAYS music on the radio.
6. The missing number is 7. All of the other single-digit numbers above 0 are there.
7. Once. After that you're subtracting five from a different number.

BAM! My answers are so good. Now I am going to go look at the real ones.

The next letters in the series are "s, e, n". Now I feel cool! Thanks Bryan!

I couldn't solve any of them. My gift to the world is to make everyone else feel so smart! I love Katie's answer to #5.
