Smelling Insects

Did you know that different species of insects have different smells? Ants, grasshoppers, ladybugs--they all smell different.

At least that's what I've heard.

I tried looking around the other day for some bugs to smell, but I couldn't find any. I think it's the wrong season for bug smelling.

Did you draw ants randomly? Because whenever I smash an ant, it smells really strongly of some sort of chemical. But it's always the same smell.

I've heard that crushed ants smell like coconuts. I'm not sure if this is true, either.
