Happy Half-Birthday Bryan! Today is Polly's whole birthday. My great-grandmother used to send my mother a birthday card cut in half on my mother's half birthdays. Grandma Polly (my great-grandmother) would recycle old birthday cards for the half birthdays of her grandchildren.

I conserved energy by singing only half of each word to happy birthday to him last night. It was pretty tricky.
